The Ossineke Township Tax Assessment Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025
at the Ossineke Township Hall, 9041 Nicholson Hill Road, Hubbard Lake, MI. 49747.

Notice is hereby given to all persons liable to asessment for taxes in the Township Of Ossineke
County Of Alpena, State Of Michigan
That the assessment roll of said township as prepared by the undersigned will be subject to inspection at
OSSINEKE TOWNSHIP HALL
In the said Township on
March 4th 2024 - Starting at 11:00 AM

At which place, and each of said days, said Board of Review will be in session at least six hours, beginning at 11 o'clock in the forenoon of each day, and upon request of any person who is assessed on said roll, or of his agent, and upon sufficient cause being shown, said Board of Review will correct the assessment as to such property in such manner as will in their judgment make the valuation thereof relatively just and equal.
After said Board shall complete the review of said rols, a majority of said Board shalt endorse thereon, and sign a statement to the effect that the same are the assessment rolls of said Township for the year in which it has been prepared and approved by the Board of Review.
